Ms. Kwong Wing was appointed as a Director on 4 July 2017. Ms. Li Kwong Wing is a Barrister-at-Law and was previously working at one of Africa’s largest law firm in the corporate and commercial practice and prior to that, she was the senior legal and corporate affairs officer and the Company Secretary of a leading regional group listed on the official market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. She started her legal career as an associate at one of the leading offshore law firms, where she specialised in corporate law and also practised in its Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.

In 2008, he co-founded a Finance and Technology Company where he became the Managing Partner in 2014. He serves as Director on several boards of public and private companies spanning banking, hospitality, and leisure both in Mauritius and the region.

Currently, he is an independent non-executive director of a number of unlisted companies in Mauritius and an advisor to a number of PE funds in Africa and a listed real estate group in Nigeria. He is also the Co-Founder and Director of ProptechAfrica. Regular speaker at major conferences in respect to Africa and Real Estate/Hospitality and writer.
