Ms. Kwong Wing was appointed as a Director on 4 July 2017. Ms. Li Kwong Wing is a Barrister-at-Law and was previously working at one of Africa’s largest law firm in the corporate and commercial practice and prior to that, she was the senior legal and corporate affairs officer and the Company Secretary of a leading regional group listed on the official market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. She started her legal career as an associate at one of the leading offshore law firms, where she specialised in corporate law and also practised in its Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.

With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector, he has navigated diverse international organizations to refine his expertise. He has also ascended to the role of Global Finance Director at a mid-sized management services firm.
Presently, as an Executive Director at MITCO, he is the Head of Client Services as well as the accounting and tax practices with a distinct focus on excellence and innovation.
He is a licensed practitioner by the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.

After having worked in various jurisdictions for 11 years, Azad came back to Mauritius in 2009 and joined one of the largest professional services partnership as senior manager. During his carrier, Azad has developed a rich professional experience and assisted his clients in various industries ranging from oil& gas, hotels, insurance, engineering and finance.

Mahen Raghoonundun has over 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, out of which 15 years in the Financial Services Sector (Global Business) and around 10 years in Technology Sector. He has been involved in major acquisition, relocation projects and Integration Worldwide, including migration to international group standards or deploying Innovative Technologies locally and abroad. Mahen is very much acquainted with ISO standards and involved in ISO 9001,14001, 27001 implementation, audits and re-certification process. He has also been setting up Eco-Friendly, Power Efficient, Sustainable World-Class Data Centres to reduce IT carbon footprint. He has been leveraging on Technology and pioneering projects in Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, Luxembourg, London and Jersey.
Mahen holds an MBA in Innovation & Technology Management from the London School of Business & Finance with Distinction in Strategic Management and Leadership. He graduated from the London Guildhall University with a BSc(Hons) in Computing & Information Systems.
