Mahen is very much acquainted with ISO standards and involved in ISO 9001,14001, 27001 implementation, audits and re-certification process. He has also been setting up Eco-Friendly, Power Efficient, Sustainable World-Class Data Centres to reduce IT carbon footprint. He has been leveraging on Technology and pioneering projects in Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, Luxembourg, London and Jersey.

Asmaa joined MITCO in January 2025 as Senior Manager – Funds & Structuring to provide specialist support to the Onboarding Funds and Special Licensed team. She comes with over 15 years of working experience in the global services sector and a significant background in the client services field.
With a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) from the University of Mauritius, Asmaa started her career in September 2009 and has subsequently climbed the corporate ladder by working for different licensed management companies. She spent 10 years at one of the leading global management company and in her capacity as Vice President & Senior Corporate Manager, she held directorship and signatory positions on 25+ fund structures and global business companies, represented the company secretary at Board meetings and also acted as DMLRO for special activity licensed vehicles. With her hands-on approach, she has also lead extensive trainings to staffs of the Indian branch office on the whole spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks from a Mauritius angle and provided one to one coaching on complex deal matters. She masters various structures, both local and foreign, and specialises in private equity.
Asmaa has also served as consultant for two management companies where she assisted the higher management to revamp internal strategies and implement updated procedures. Her area of expertise includes the whole spectrum of company set up, administration, corporate secretarial and managing investors relations for a wide array of investment vehicles.
